departments (administrative, firefighting, technical, safety, first aid…)
* Manage, supervise & implement follow up on all Terminals assessments & audits
including (QMS, Safety, Technical, Environment…)
* Manage & supervise all Terminals technical warehouses & stores.
* Manage & supervise all Terminals stock (Gasoline, Diesel & LPG) with the
coordination of commercial department.
* Generate reports & evaluations (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
* Manage Terminals Group units & personnel to assure a proper and safe work
atmosphere for all available personnel, equipment & assets.

Management system creation (procedures, forms, organization, maintenance plans,
internal audits, safety programs...)
* Health, Safety, Environment & Quality systems creation, supervision & implementation.
* Corrective, preventive & periodic maintenance plans creation, supervision &
implementation.
* Truck loading supervision.
* Vessel discharging (official documents, agent & inspectors coordination, discharging
operation, vessel closing...)
* Stock Control (white products, equipment, spare parts...)

Creation, modification, application and follow-up of new Procedures, Forms, Policies, Internal Documents, KPIs…
 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Tracking and adjustment of all company pool and rental market equipment.
 Inventory
Follow-up of the company’s inventory in workshops and sites including operating, assigning, tracking, adjusting and codifying.
 Manpower
Recruitment, with all tasks of positions, job descriptions, levels and new vacancies.
Follow up on employees’ training, attendance, leaves, vacations, salaries, legal doc.
 Administration
Provide support to AMG teams on sites and workshops such as conflict resolution, problem solving and transfer of technical, administrative and managerial tasks, work processes and procedures to meet organizational objectives.
Ensure the development of Equipment Department team members to improve customer service and reduce the risk exposure of the organization to unforeseen departures.
