• Quantity take-off using PlanSwift and AutoCAD; update changes as per the revised drawings or addendum in the case of a tender project; and analyse other tender documents. Take accurate quantities for budget allocation or repopulation of earlier budgets.
• Check specifications and standards and assess their impact on tender or project budget. Participate in all pre-tender activities until contract award related to the submission and coordinate with team members to complete it on time.
• Reconciliation of quantities, and check invoices for approval of the works accomplished by subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed variation reports for submission in the case of main contract work.

• Monitor the productivity using the standard man-hour per-unit basis method.
• Surveyed many projects in KAFD site to assess the balance of pending activities and estimate the man-hours required to complete the project. (Both Civil and MEP activities). Quantification knowledge in mechanical systems such as HVAC, Fire Alarm, firefighting system, water supply, etc.
• Prepare the descriptions for introducing ERP (Oracle) using the guidelines of NRM2 and the latest tendered BOQ, for the upcoming projects.
• Collected historical cost data to estimate costs for future projects.

• Prepare drawings to match with architecture & structure if issues are there while comparing.
