o Handling department’s transportation, warehousing logistics supply and re-supply of Food Stuff (Dry/ Chill & Frozen) inbound and outbound, documentation and customer support
o Handling the Company Fleets and make them ready for the Ration Deliveries.

o Coordinating the by air dispatches and arrange air way bills, controlling the ramp activities for FF&V collection and further dispatch. Total control of the PODs (Proof of Deliveries) & its documentation
o Sending out daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher authorities. Handling documentation and clearance of the inbound shipping, tracking the shipping & inbound trucks
o Liaising with government authorities for the exemption certificates, vehicle passes & badges
About Company: It deals in the famous watch brands of Omega, Rado, Longines, Tissot & Swatch etc.
Job Responsibilities
•Handling receipt and storage of watches & parts from Switzerland as per delivery standards/OPS
•Managing work as per FIFO and handling inventory as per standards and zero stock out, safety checks and following up with suppliers for delivery schedule
•Handling receipt and distribution of general materials
•Managing transporters from different local locations
•Planning of warehouse space requirement, manpower, material storage & handling equipment, receiving and storage OPS
•Receiving daily reports of inward and outward of SKU from the team
•Guiding the team members with proper instructions
•Reporting any loss or damages to the insurance company
•Working in capacity of In-charge of accounts, inventory, material, delivery, transport etc.
•Planning and implementation of racking system for FIFO in warehouse
•Managing the security, housekeeping, technical and transport staff
•Maintaining snag list for maintenance staff to maintain building
•Handling the internal and external audits conducted by the company

•Reporting of the incoming units of the items as well as the sales & dispatches of the stocks
•Sending weekly reports and monthly reports of stocks to the management through internet
•Immediately reporting to the insurance company if any loss or damages found
