Manage a team of qualified, experienced & competent Plumbing technicians to ensure that all works have been carried out according to the scope of works and with the highest standards of quality.
Design, interpret and evaluate drawings.
Compile BOQ’s, scope of works. Identifying and ordering of materials and equipment within the scope of works.
Implement health and safety on site by complying with relevant work site legislation and in accordance to the OSHA standards.
Cross reference materials with data specs before client submittals and installations.
Daily, weekly and monthly reports, Program of Works BOQ’s.
Close out of projects and documentation.
On site management to ensure all work are carried out in accordance with International Plumbing and Building Codes.
Liaising with Engineers, Inspectors, Clients and relevant staff, etc.
Scheduling of projects. (Office Projects)
Ensure that projects finish within the budget and within the time frame.
Fire marshal
Assisting on other construction areas besides plumbing and mechanical.
Taking control over the assurance of quality at receiving of materials and the control of quality workmanship carried out throughout the project as per clients request. Ensuring the quality of materials are to the standards of the materials that was submitted to the client for approval. Daily quality inspections are done to ensure the that all construction and maintenance standards are achieved. Liaise with clients to approve all quality standards. (QA/QC)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Facility maintenance and construction.
•Installations of plumbing/mechanical related work. (Construction of newly build shopping mall that consisted of 129 shops and health care facilities).
•General Reports and updates.
•Liaison with Engineers, Inspectors, Clients and relevant staff.
•Attend Site meetings Making sure deadlines are met in co-ordnance with schedules & programs.
•Ordering of materials.
•In control of all materials and storage.
•Reporting to head office within regards to sites.
•Interacting with other contractors and sub-contractors.
•General admin work; Documents, budgets, estimates, invoices, etc.
•Weekly Toolbox talks & Health & Safety towards relevant work site legislation.
