• Maintaining tight financial control of expenses.
• Advising on new financial and accounting regulations.
• Working closely with corporate credit teams to address credit capacity.
• Initiate business development opportunities.

• Driving growth and new businesses acquisition within the GCC market by continuously building & enhancing strong network of overseas partners and agents worldwide.
• Regularly visit existing key clients validating service levels and develop new revenue streams.
• Lead, direct, and manage sales personnel. To include hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and coaching and counseling toward continuous improvement.
• Manage service levels with all modes of transportation services used by the Company including motor carriers, heavy weight air, ocean, small packages.
• Liaise with shipping agencies / carriers / lines for competitive rates and services while maintaining quality and timeline expectation.
• Supervise operations of carriers i.e. sea, air, land, trouble shoot all issues of loading, transshipments, and final deliveries.
• Direct interface with ports customs and external inspection authorities for legal shipping documentation and goods clearance.

• Maintaining strong relationships with the company’s bankers through daily communication.
• Reviewing of banking facilities granted whilst assuring a maximum usage of facilities in hand.
• Working directly with the contract and purchasing departments revising and advising the financial end of both foreign and domestic contracts.
• Refining & implementing financial payment instruments and negotiations relevant to sub-contractors’ agreements in compliance with bank facilities granted.
• A profound understanding in establishing, both local and international Import and outbound export letter of credit, starting from applications, amendments, documents clearance and settlement.
• In charge of issuance of projects, performance, advanced, pur¬chasing bank guarantees and standby LC’S.
• Manage daily cash position and identify cash deficits and surplus.
• Monitor forecasted cash flows ensuring company’s ability to meet its obligations as they fall due.
