• Lead and managed the execution of all MEP systems at 3E3, 3F1 stations and tunnel.
• Managed and supervised the work of subcontractors in timely and cost manners.
• Assisted in getting the approval on all MEP design and shop drawings (Power, Lighting, Emergency lighting, Telephone, CCTV, Access control system, Fire alarm, HVAC System, Firefighting System, Drainage system, BMS) to resolve all clashes between mechanical and electrical.
• Engaged the construction and engineering for design constructability review to identify and mitigate clashes.
• Managed the installation of LPS system including electrical wiring, conduits and junction boxes, cable tray/trunk, cable pulling, distribution boards, switches, disconnect switches, circuit breakers, lighting fittings, Emergency light, lighting control system (CM, LTC, LCP), (LV, ELV) supply systems, (MDB, EMDB, ATS) and Bus Duct.
• Managed the installation of TVS system including axial fan, cone, spacers, dampers, jet fans, anemometers, temperature sensors and all electrical and BMS connections.
• Managed the MEP installation inside the tunnel.
• Managed the installation of elevators and escalators including all related connections (firefighting, fire alarm, BMS and power supply).
• Managed the integration of all systems with fire alarm (Fire-Fighting, HVAC, Access Door, Escalators, Elevators, VESDA, FM200 and BMS).
• Managed the installation, testing and commissioning of:
o Normal and emergency lighting systems and power supply system
o Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems and their integrations.
o Automatic Fire Gas Suppression (FM200) and VESDA systems and their integrations.
o Dry cooler system for generators.
o HVAC system including (AHUs, FCUs, FANs, Chillers, Duct, Dampers, sound attenuators)
o Drainage and water supply systems
o Electrical panels (MCC, MDB, EMDB, ATS, PFC)
o CCTV, speakers, repeaters and Wi-Fi systems
o BMS system and their integrations.
• Inspected electrical works/activities and materials as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Prepared work inspection report for completion portion of installation work and taking approval from consultant.
• Prepared and analyzed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Utilities Engineer/Electrical Engineer - NESMA AND PARTNERS - ANM Consortium - (Riyadh Metro Project - $ 4.2B).
• Lead and managed the execution of all utilities diversion work across underground stations (telecom cables, HV and MV cables, water lines, storm drain and sewage).
• Coordinated with authorities (Amana, NWC, MODON, SEC), consultant and subcontractors (IDRAK, UCCC, OJAIMI, TCIL) in order to handover the job as per required specifications.
• Managed and supervised the work of subcontractors in timely and cost manners.
• Supervised utilities jobs in order to meet the specifications of the stakeholders.
• Relocated and installed:
o Telecom cables Copper and fiber (joint closure, splicing, testing and commissioning) including all civil works (manholes installation, duct bank construction and pulling cables as per stakeholders specifications).
o Sewer, water and Storm lines (including Manholes, Catch basin, Lift Station and Box Culvert) as per stakeholders specifications.
o Underground Low, Medium and high Voltage including substations as per Saudi Electrical Company specifications.

• Performed the Integration of LTE (TDD/FDD) for Mobily BTS.
• Conducted preliminary Acceptance Test (checking oils) for NSN subcontractors.
• Reviewed the installation of 2G, 3G and LTE.
