- Preparing area sales plan and following up of its execution
- Keeping market growth and business development in the GCC area
- Maintaining company awareness on market trends and competition
- Negotiating and closing contracts between the company, its customers and partners
- Evaluating new agents or partners and conduct cooperation agreements
- Developing advertising plan for the area covering campaigns, exhibitions and events
- Developing and maintaining networking in the market to detect potential projects
- Keeping high customer satisfaction through satisfactory solutions and good aftersales
- Maintaining appropriate working environment within the area team members while developing their skills and helping them in objectives setting
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in KSA Central & Eastern and Bahrain.
- Providing technical presentations and consultation; as well as demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Preparing client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Liaising with other departments within the company and other technical experts.
- Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office and meeting regular sales targets.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Securing and retaining new and existing customers
- Creating an annual budget and tactical business plan that is in line with company’s goals
- Making sure goals are achieved through KPI measurement
- Managing warehouse expenses, minimizing and allocating them appropriately
- Supervising and training the operations within the department
- Risk Assessments / Hazards and Effects analysis
- Accidents investigation and preventive measures implementation.
- Report findings from investigations, inspections, and/or testing.
- Conduct or coordinate worker training.
- Needs assessment and supply chain.
- Distribution planning and scheduling.
- Distribution and post distribution monitoring.
