-Assisted the project Director in the preparation of project execution plan, procurement plan, and quality management
plan for client submission for the newly awarded project in King Khaled International Airport
- Worked along with the estimation and procurement team to get quotations form approved subcontractor and kick
-Prepared the baseline schedule for the project.
-follow up the subcontractors KPIs, Progress and Coordination between the procurement/Engineering departments and
the site operational team
- Prepared the weekly progress report for client submittal.

-Assisted in the preparation of the cost, quality and schedule management plan for Z-Villa Project in Al Malqa Area
-Prepared the work mobilization plan and executed the work as per the approved sequence.
-Managed substructure and superstructure concrete related activities
-Monitored subcontractor works and coordinated the work between them
-Prepared the weekly progress report and shared it with relevant stakeholder

-Supervised the concrete works on post tension slabs, and core wall by leading a team of carpenter masons and labors and multiple subcontractor.
-Helped the commercial engineer in submitting cost and schedule variation due to changes to the approved scope baseline (FIDIC red book contract)
-Recorded the effect of COVID-19 precautionary measurement on site activities and prepared a report and shared it with
commercial engineer for EOT submission
-Handled the site finishing activities block, plaster, false ceiling, water proofing, tilling etc…
- Attended weekly progress meeting with consultant and client representatives
-Attended kick Off meeting with subcontractors and tracked their material delivery, shop drawing submittals, and
reviewed their method of statement
-handled the close out of finishing activities prior to getting the relevant authority approval.

- Mobilization and site preparation
-Completed the excavation, waterproofing, screed and blinding works
- Supervised the steel and concrete works for the raft, and remaining superstructure concrete works
-Supervised all block, plaster, painting and finishing works.
