Supervise & coordinate all aspects of an agency.
Recruiting and retaining unit managers & sales agents.

Reporting and tracking policies from submission to issuance.
Working & coordinating with the corporate, SME, retail departments & branch managers in order to increase
sales opportunities.
Personal Training & development for branches employees to increase their banking skills & job efficiency.
Acquiring new clients, plan possible projects and developing new partnership agreements and amendments
(Salaries domiciliation for private & public sectors).
Communicating product developments to prospective clients.
Writing reports to GM & Providing management with feedback.
Maintaining good working relationships with the new & existing clients.
Managing a portfolio of around 130 credit files.
Monitoring & evaluating the execution of credit files approval related to six branches.
Coordinating with legal and risk departments in order to issue credit approvals.
Assessing of the creditworthiness of the loan applicant and judging the suitability of borrowers through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
KAFALAT loans, feasibility studies, Real Estate financing & Evaluating Lending risk
Working capital financing.
BDL Subsidized loans.
Following-up and Control of the current portfolio (default payments, irregularities in account...).
