Projects Management:
•Managing day to day project activities with the support of the project engineers.
•Developing project schedules and plans.
•Ensuring that all documentations and materials are delivered as per project requirements
•Follow up with production department to ensure that the materials are fabricated as per the required designs/specifications as per project schedule.
•Liaising with other support departments - procurement, logistics, administration, installation and finance - to ensure all project relevant project support functions are available on time.
•Monitoring the project budget
•Follow up with the project team to ensure delivered services/materials are approved and certified by the client.
•Ensure regular invoicing of delivered materials/services.
•Follow up on payments to ensure healthy cash flow and properly manage the receivables.

•Follow up continuously with clients teams in order to ensure a smooth project delivery process and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing:
•Strategic planning, developing business plans and identifying market trends and directions.

•Continuous liaising with clients to ensure proper follow up of open opportunities.

Managing the production process of Glass Reinforced Epoxy Pipes in all aspects.
•Planning and scheduling the machine production runs.
•Monitoring and controlling the production output, quality, and efficiency.
•Planning machines maintenance schedule in liaison with Maintenance Department.
•Monitoring and controlling the raw material and consumables consumption to ensure efficiency and reduce wastage.
•Working on developing the production process in order to ensure improved output and efficiency.
•Monitoring the Department’s stock of pipes to ensure its proper utilization and keeping it at a minimal level.
•Department’s manpower planning, management, evaluation, training, and development.
•Developing the health and safety procedures and practices in liaison with the QC/QA department.
•Monitoring the health and safety practices in the department and ensuring all the staff has the required awareness for safety procedures.
•Generation of production, manpower, raw materials and other reports for the factory Management.
•Coordinating with all departments within the factory to ensure smooth running of the factory as one whole unit.
•Coordinating with Clients when required in order to enhance their product awareness and knowledge needed for the product applications.
•Coordinating with other FPI production facilities in KSA, UAE, and Oman and providing support for their projects when needed.

Achievements:
•Leading the Production Line’s commissioning process.
•Developing the Production Line’s related procedures and reporting systems upon Department startup.
•Training of staff on all policies and procedures upon Department startup.
•Achieving the required production output and efficiency gradually after Department startup to reach the targets set by the factory Management.
•Commissioning new product lines (new machine software, tooling, staff training, and process alterations) by leading the technology transfer process between Qatar Production Facility and Futurepipe Facility in the Netherlands.
•Leading the Department in acquiring the FM (Factory Mutual) Qualification by managing the required tests and producing the required samples.
•Developing a new resin dosing system for the machines in order to optimize consumption by reducing wastage and assuring resin dosage consistency.
