OneIHS global template is major transformation of IHS’s internal operations. It comprises an integrated and optimized set of business processes and associated systems build covering the automation, standardization and streamlining of the major operational areas of IHS, comprising four High Level Designs (HLDs): Record to Insight (R2I), Source to Pay (S2P), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Order to Cash (O2C) ++ others later.
The objective is to Introduce an integrated way of working across IHS Business Operations, via common processes, common systems and standard data models.

• Responsible and accountable for successfully leading all business related elements associated with the design, build and testing of the agreed Level 3 processes within EAM scope.
• Ultimate responsibility for To-Be Process designs, and obtaining approval and sign-off from their respective Global Process owner
• Identifying and actively involving experienced and knowledgeable business participants in the Process Design workshops
• Identifying, agreeing and baselining KPI metrics against which all of the To-Be processes will be measured
• Business Case development and Impact Assessment ownership. Providing leadership guidance, support and input to the Change Management team collating relevant “As is” metrics in support of establishing To-Be processes KPIs. Metrics will be:
o Tangible in terms of financial value, including quantification of benefits
o Intangible, for example, accountability, speed, accuracy, risk

•Managing 19 personnel executing activities of project management, Asset Tagging and tracking, asset discrepancies resolution, business analysis, Data and information maintenance and management.
•Managed the auditing of 16000 telecom sites in Nigeria, to build and update the Enterprise Asset Register.
•Participate in designing and creating the tactical asset manager and managing it, TAM is a middleware that connect systems and control the flow of information from different processes and manage the data sharing
•Led the business analysis Driving the Improving of the tracking system and process for Movement of assets.
•Automating the receipting process in the warehouse to improve the registering of those assets into the inventory.
•Improving from 50% to 75% the accuracy of the Enterprise Asset Register (800k assets) and working to achieve 95% accuracy by end of 2021.

Head of Special Projects, Relocation & Decommissioning at IHS TOWERS

Project 1: Relocation
• Managed the relocation of sites affected by accidents, risk of falling, tower loading failure, obligation of dismantling, access issues or security and community problems.
• Coordinated with Operations, Rollout, Commercial, Procurement Legal, Security departments on the tasks related to the relocation exercise.
• Managed the relocation of operators to other existing sites or new acquired sites or to Cell on Wheel, and dealt with active equipment relocation.
• Dealt with very short timelines and urgencies to make sure Operator Network is online the soonest possible.
• Dealt with the complexity of relocation especially the unplanned situations (accidents, access denied, …) where most of the time Multiple Operators (2 to 6 tenants) on the same site with a several technologies installed in a crowded area (high density and high network dependency)
• Created contracts with Local Active vendors and negotiated Terms, SLAs and Scope of Work.
• Following day to day exercise and step by step to ensure new network connection is assured and KPIs met, and downtimes are minimized.
• Ensured processes respected and documentation for each exercise and kept efficient tracking system.

Project 2: Decommissioning
• Managed the decommissioning of Passive Equipment (IHS asset) from sites related to Consolidation, Relocation, Force majeure, accidents….
• Managed the dismantling of Power and passive equipment to Warehouse and arranged the dismantling the tower, leveling the location and ensure LL Satisfaction.

Head of Special Projects, Consolidation Project at IHS TOWERS

Managed the activity of consolidation of sites Occupied by 9MOBILE or MTN to achieve the best of Capex Optimization and Management.
