Creates Structural Design Studies based on Architectural Concepts. Task for creation of Structural Schemes, Design calculations, Detailed drawings, As-built drawings, Design estimates, Bill of Quantities. Conducts CAD works checking and General arrangement mark ups, coordination with Regional CAD team and Engineering team. Conducts Site Inspection as per Senior and Client Requirement for compliance with Standard Plans and Specification provided. Creates Transmittals and Progress Reports for Client needs and analyze project performance based on Design and Site Construction Progress.

Does onsite support and educational training for softwares users. Create CAD drawings and Engineering mark ups for construction use. Coordinate Revit Models and CAD models for better coordination and resolve clashes for different disciplines.
Assist and coordinate design to office for further verification. Create on site mark ups on drawings and do shop drawings and calculations for immediate design requirements.
Coordinate field data with design team and make proper judgement on decisions that would impact the design and on site work.
Create man power schedules and allocate man hours to important work loads.
