• Write customers' food orders on order slips, memorize orders.
• Take orders from customer for food or beverages.

• Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
• Knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
