Working as a design engineer with Saudi Aramco - Community Services Technical Support
Department (CSTSD).
- Handling the implementation of renewable and sustinable technologies that are integrated with HVAC systems.
- Calculating the cooling load using Elite Software.
- Selecting and replacing pumps, chillers, compressors, and valves according to SAES-K001, K100 and ASHRAE for several projects.
- Preparing IFC packages that include scope of work with the related detailed drawings.
Worked as a MEP engineer, handling the following projects for SPARK: Schlumberger Manufacturing Center, Halliburton Manufacturing Center, and SAWAFI Borets.
- Designed and selected the AHU and Chillers with ductwork according to ASHRAE standard for Halliburton and Schlumberger projects.
- Designed the compressed air system (Sizing, selection) for SAWAFI Borets project. working on engineering drawings such as SHD, P&ID, and As- Built. In addition to the paperwork such as RFI, RFQ, and MRS.
Preformed in Hawiyah Natural Gas Liquification Plant with Engineering Specialist Unit particularly with static equipment.
- Performed engineering calculations (pipe wall thickness) to ensure it will sustain the stress.
- Inspected plant equipment during shut-down period for leakage and damage.
- Designed a water tank station by calculating the pipe loss (Major, Minor) using Energy Equation according to ASME- ANSI B 31, by taking into
consideration thermofluid properties and stress analysis (MAWP, MWP, MWT).
Through my academic journey at KFUPM, my study focused on three main disciplines of mechanical engineering - Thermo-fluid Sciences, Material Sciences, and Engineering Mechanics. Which concluded a strong and comprehensive concentration on building my mechanical engineering fundamentals on design, analysis and engineering sense.
