Responsible for all documentation in relation to health, safety and environment and make sure that all procedures are carried out correctly as per regulatory authorities and required to keep all documentation up to date and distribute appropriately within the organization.
• Prepare policies and procedures for the company’s, health, safety and environment program, which must meet OSHAD SF 3.1 and ISO 45001.
• Prepare and update training matrix and responsible for ensuring all safety trainings are carried out and induction program for new employees.
• Participate internal meetings regarding the company’s safety policies and procedures as well as ensure continuity of policies and procedure in the interest of the company.
• Responsible for carrying out external audits for OSHAD renewal certificate, and OSHAD Audit, and prepare all necessary documents and check lists.
• Preparing reports to be sent to Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) and environmental agency Abu Dhabi (EAD).
• Conduct JSA/risk assessment for critical non routine job and provide inhouse training for permit to work.
• Develop, implement and maintained the emergency response procedures and plans and conduct fire, emergency evacuation, first aid and chemical spill drills to ensure the response of ERT and identify the gaps.
• Investigate all incident and prepare investigation report, apply different root cause analysis techniques to prevent incidents on site.
• Conducted training needs analysis to evaluate needs of particular job specific trainings, prepared schedule, identified flaws, implemented corrective measures and reported to site HSE manager to participate in process improvements.
• Report any unsafe condition at site and mark to the department to take corrective actions through observation report.
• Provide support to operation and all other departments and ensure the operation and maintenance activities carrying
out safely.

• Preparing Sustainability measure’s implementation plan and implementing as per Department of Economic development Guidance.

• Preparing SSOW with pictography to Entire work process

• Attending Bi weekly Safety Meetings
• Issuing PTW and Conducting STARRT Card briefing before commencing work

• Carrying out daily/ weekly/ monthly inspection for entire plant equipment’s and vehicles. Keeping all records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvement.
• Conduct toolbox talk and carrying out risk assessments. Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
• Managing and organizing the safe disposal of hazardous substance. Ensuring the safe installation of equipment.
• Attend recording safety committee and record minute of meetings, to be send to concern staff.
• Conduct Daily TBT with team and briefing of all present activities and its hazards.
• Taking care of PTW and carry inspection to ensure contactor carrying work according to procedure.
• Conducting Safety Training Programs.
• Complying with the work site presence requirements defined on the permit
• managing waste and examining firefighting equipment & mock drills.
• Skillfully executing HSE inspection process while coordinating with clients in compliance with company’s procedure by using best fit practices.
Working as a safety supervisor for 1.6 years in civil construction projects
Major project is BITS PILANI UNIVERSITY Project in goa working inside University campus for building of 4 hostel building (G+4)
