Establish and maintain incoming master files of ticket issued; files and retrieves files as
requested
Researchonoptimaltravelalternatives.
Identifymostsuitableaswellasbestqualityservicewithreasonablepossiblerates.
Ensuretocompareinvoiceswithgenuinetraveltransactionstovalidateeverycharge.
Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy plus codes for Accounts Payable.
CoordinatewithprojectmanagersandHRwhenclarifyingtraveldetails
Providing accommodation for employees and families on overseas and local contracts for entitled employees
Negotiations with Hotel Apartment s, Hotels and Real estate team for obtaining special corporate rates and maintaining corporate contracts.
Assisting employees with coordinating electricity, water, and telephone services
Coordinating repairs and maintenance for Office and accommodation in conjunction with the building owners and Building maintenance team
Monitoring the competency of suppliers for cost efficiency and service efficiency.
Arranges joining employee’s accommodation and airport pick-up as ordered by the HR Head Office.
Maintained office inventory and ordering office supplies.
Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspect of travel arrangements for staff, executives.
Dealing with travel agents for booking tickets for business trips and project related as well as annual leave for
Managers and family, staff, marine crew and also guests.
Maintaining and updating monthly report of air ticket issued for annual, business and project related.
Preparing purchase order for supplies of air ticket booking.
Ensure to compare invoices with genuine travel transactions to validate every charge.
Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy plus codes for Accounts Payable.
Update HR databases on employee travels
Coordinate with project managers and HR when clarifying travel details
Research on optimal travel alternatives.
Identify most suitable as well as best quality service with reasonable possible rates.

Receives and process all sales orders and prepare/settle invoices of all suppliers.
Responsible for all employees’ Daily attendance, computes vacation, sick and emergency leaves.
Monitor and supervise purchase of all local items.
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing communications of the company.
Effectively coordinate with accounts department while marinating a track of revenues including management of petty cash
