✓ Performed end to end automations of access provisioning requests using REST API calls to ServiceNow with combination of Active Directory PowerShell modules to manage user access in Active Directory eliminating the need for 2 FTEs fulfilling such requests manually.
✓ Securing AD accounts using Beyond Trust PIM solution to rotate/manage critical account passwords, group membership (JIT) regularly
✓ Use of Microsoft provided AD assessments to secure AD environment by implementing recommendation/best practices on domain controllers and member servers.
