• A key strategic role in CTIO’s office, leading key programs in engineering transformation with a focus on Non-Telecom Projects such as On-Going Facility Maintenance projects - ACME & EPP, Energy Savings Initiatives, Exchange Enhancement, GPON Coverage and FTTH expansion.
• Develop and implement program strategy in negotiation with key stakeholders, to align with overall organizational engineering strategy.
• Develop WBS, Project Lifecycle, Triple Constraint and Change Management Plans.
• Designing & Strategizing initiatives and programs with senior management, in-line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with fellow team members and stakeholders to enforce projects and program governance and methodology thereby ensuring timely completion of set milestones.
• Define and maintain Baselines, Project Charter, Gantt Chart or Schedule & KPI’s.
• Communicate and present program and key initiative status to senior executives. Escalate issues to higher management.
• Identify risk & program roadblocks and find workable solution / mitigation plan.

• Lead and completed project phase of installation, commissioning and testing of Ciena 6500 14slot & 32slot, Ciena 5430 & 5410 OTN DXC and Alcatel Lucent PSS-32 & PSS-36 transport products.
• Performed site surveys.
• Prepared Detailed Network Design (DND).
• Responsible for Visio Drawings for the entire network which involves Rack Front View (RFV), Signal Flow Diagram (SFD), Project Network Diagram (PND) and DCN Design.

• Attended projects / sites in Qatar, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of all projects and in accordance to the company policy & procedure and adhering to all statutory and regulatory legislation.
Responsibility:
• End to End program management for entire service delivery cycle. Strategic Planning, Kick off calls, Project planning for timely execution, Monitoring and weekly reviews for improved customer experience and delight on telecom solutions offering to National & International customers business requirement with validation and understanding on letter of commissioning upon handover of services.

• Responsible for NDD (Nodal Design Document) preparation of NLD Core Network on packet optical transport for Ciena 6500 & 5430 for more than 1500 nodes.
• Responsible for Visio Drawings for the entire network which involves Rack Front View’s (RFV’s), Signal Flow Diagram (SFD’s), Project Network Diagram (PND) and DCN Design.
• Planning the Network for CIENA on Packet Optical Transport Equipment - Active Flex OME 6500 SDH/SONET/DWDM Configurable 2slot/ 7slot/ 14slot Chassis and Common Photonic Layer - 10G/ 100G.
• Responsible for OTN Network Planning for Ciena 5430 Chassis on Common Photonic Layer - 10G/ 100G.
• Providing Commissioning & Provisioning parameters for each node in the network.
• Responsible for GIS documentation on platforms such as Telecordia Network Engineer and Granite by Ericsson.

Integration and Testing
• Integration of several new and working nodes of different vendor SDH equipment with ECI XDM by using DCC transparency feature in multi ring configuration.

Acceptance Test:
