Main purpose of this PA is to have cost saving considering the anticipated inflation per year and manpower time saving as this PA will reduce the load on employees as PO will be generated within 24 hours through SAP instead of spending 25 days for finalizing PO starting by issuing RFQ, TE, PO release.

Managing the procurement cycle of Aramco Marjan Pipeline Project PKG #18 And South Ghawar Tie In Project. Review MR, Preparing RFQ, Creating the Priced Comparison Sheet, Submit TBE to engineering team, Preparing OPR, Issuing PO, Coordinate & support expediting for NMR 601, 602, 603 & SPDP. Creating Bid Equalization between local and international manufacture and submit it to Aramco PMT/VID for review and approval. Follow up with Aramco to expedite MR and OPR approval. Follow up with Designers to ensure that TBE & NMR are approved within frame time limited. Updating Aramco PMT with following reports: PPR, CPR, MTR, PSR and MOM Report. Leading Aramco MOM meeting to provide our client with the project progress. Using EPM software to uploading Aramco required Documents. Required Material that will be supplied to the projects: Ball Valve Manual, Gate Valve Manual, Gas Moulder Skid, Chemical Injection Skid, MEG Methanol Inhibitor Skids, RTU, Burn Pit, Jib Crane, Scraper Traps, Chock Valve, Globe Valve, Plug Valve, CS Pipes, SDSS Pipes, Flanges, and Butt weld Fittings .

Work With ARAMCO Master Of Gas Project as Procurement Engineer.

Sending RFQ to the nominated vendors included all the requirements.

Following up receiving of both commercial and technical offer from vendors.

Evaluate suppliers and negotiate on prices, delivery schedule and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

Create commercial comparison sheet to compare vendor specifications and qualifications.

IssueTechnical Bid Evaluation(TBE) for each vendor complied with all material requirements.

Submit order recommendation letter(OPR) to Aramco for approval before issue the Purchasing Order.

Release Purchasing Order after OPR approval.

Submit the NMR documents(Technical Data Sheet & General Arrangement Drawings) to Engineering Team for review and approval.

Follow MR inspection process (pre inspection Meeting, In-process inspection and final Inspection).

Coordinate with Procurement Quality Control team to submit the IAP(Inspection Assignment Plan).

Requesting both stamped ITP(inspection testing plan) & IR (Inspection Release Form)from the vendor.

Weekly Update on MTR (Material Trucking Record), & PSR(Procurement Status Report).

Coordinate with Engineering team to deal with MR design changes as per the IFC.

Attend Weekly Aramco Meeting for Master of Gas Project to update Aramco Management with delivery status and create a plan to avoid delay of equipments.

Request Technical Approval from Engineering team for non inspectable items to avoid any material rejection from Aramco.

Long Lead Material supported to Aramco Master Of Gas Project: Flanges, Pipes, Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Loss Prevention Bulk Material, Piping Bulk Material, Electrical Bulk Material, V-SAT, Battery & UPS, Overhead Power-line, Instrumentation and Fiber Optic Cable, Transformers, Level Transmitter(GWR), LV Cables and Generators.

Monitoring gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure a chiller is working properly.

Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about centrifugal pumps.
