Design Office:
Coordinate between the designer, construction contractor, and proponent to implement smooth handing over of project without delay.
Process the approval contractor’s, technical procedures, waiver request and other document by coordinate with all related Saudi Aramco department.
Review and verify the material take off (MTO) against the drawings and perform revisions if required.
Work closely with the proponent and act immediately on their concern by coordinate with contractor and the
designer to ensure proponent and top management satisfaction.

Construction:
Supervise the work activates at the site and maintain all safety roles and regulation according to Aramco
Construction Safety Manual and standard.
Proper weekly and daily report to update the Sr. Project Manager to the job activities.
Work closely with the contractor to identify construction problems and take all possible corrective action and
avoid the cost and schedule impacts to the project.
Participate in the contractor recovery schedule and make sure it has been implemented at the site activities.
Verify the completion of all electrical activities such as conduits, electrical boxes, cable trays, duct banks,
trenches, cable Megger test ....etc, and to make sure all activities are as per Saudi Aramco standards. Also,
Monitored and oversaw electrical installations motor control center wiring, instrument, control cabinet
wiring and ensured equipment and installation met all requirements with Saudi Aramco Standard.
Monitoring the two weeks look ahead schedule by checking the construction activates vs. the actual site
condition then report the variance to the management.
Follow up and monitoring all civil activities such as excavation, rebar works, the form works and concrete
pouring, duck bank, cable trench for the foundations of Pipe-Rack, NITROGEN SKID, Flare Gas Recover
System compressor, water collection drum (Vessel) and Water Seal Drum in Flare area.
Review the packages of Tie-ins including Hot Tap and coordinate with other project and all concern parties
especially with the proponent in to execute the Tie-ins after insuring that the required documents are included.
Review and monitoring all the activities for the under/above ground piping by follow up the fit up,
welding and installation of the piping. Also, review Hydro test and Pneumatic test packages and witness the
test at the site to make sure that all safety requirements are implemented.
Supervise the installation of the mechanical equipment and close coordination with proponent and the loss
prevention. Also, coordinate with the contractor to resolve all concerned items.
Inspect the construction activities and make sure it is ready for inspection before rise RFI to the inspection
department.
Maintain the cost of the project by check the site progress vs. the monthly progress payment prepared by
contractor and reported to the management.
Participate in the change order during the scope of work after discuss it with the proponent and also in the
negotiation with the contractor and then make sure it executed at the site as agreed.
