Most prestigious project in Jebel Ali Free Zone, 72, 700 sq. m plot, total built-up area of 370, 000 sq.mt, comprises of Convention Centre with associated facilities such as auditorium, banquet hall, Function hall, Conference Meeting Rooms, Food Court, Data Centre, 34 Story Office Twin Towers and (4 Star Hotel on hold), supplemented by four levels of Parking facilities.
o B+G+6+R Hotel on Plot C39, Crescent Palm Jumeirah (600M AED):
5 star Alhambra themed hotel with total built -up area of 54, 916 sq.m with 87 suites, 238 guest rooms, approx. 5500 sq.m. of shops and restaurants and 350 car parks.
Planned and designed project scopes and timelines according to specific objectives and budgetary requirements. Oversaw
sub-contractor management activities, reviewing submittals to ensure that all required standards/expectations were accounted
for and adhered to, and assessed quality of performance/services to verify that agreed upon quality specifications were
complied with and upheld. Compiled and distributed relevant documentation that outlined all aspects of specific departments
along with QA/QC criteria, providing teams with frameworks on how to execute tasks and achieve milestones. Collaborated
with cross-functional teams to support and monitor operations and find solutions to identified threats that would disrupt
progress. Acted as conduit between all internal/external personnel and clients, keeping relevant parties abreast of any
developments. Conducted final site inspections to commission project delivery.
