- Efficiently manage and oversee all aspects of the spare parts warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts.
- Regular supervision of systematic counting and verification of physical inventories to establish inventory record accuracy
- Lead the team to accomplish the given task of maintaining proper control of regular inventory counts, bin maintenance, cycle counting and stock relocation.
- Identify flaws and resolve inventory concerns in a timely manner.
- Investigate stock discrepancies, report all findings to the Warehouse Manager and update the same in the system (ERP-Oracle)
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, monitor product movement, and optimize stock rotation to minimize obsolescence.
- Reporting of inventory results, monthly stock level and Warehouse Utilization on a daily and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to order spare parts as needed.
- Handle returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect parts.
- Ensure spare parts are stored in a well-organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Use appropriate shelving, labelling, and storage methods to maximize space and efficiency.
- Control and track expenses related to warehouse operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Scheduling vacation time for Warehouse Staff without interrupting WH operation.
- Coordinate with HRD for all Warehouse staff HR-related issues. Handle all ERP (HR) functions for the warehouse staff including Leave, Attendance, Transfer and new recruitment follow-up procedures

• Handling container booking, Inward & Outward Reports \[Yards\] and Movement Reports
• Manage all delivery processes, including route designation, equipment use and delivery at Point of Use
• Execute work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow; achieve company overall contract and quality objectives
• Monitor transportation and work directly with the client/shippers and customer service to address non-compliance with transportation performance objectives
• Submit Reports of Margin for each shipment on the monthly basic to Management.
• Preparing Documentation as per requirement.

• Handling Western Union remittance and foreign exchange.
• Responsible for Fund Transfer entry & Preparing Encashment certificate for foreign currency.
• Maintaining internal accounting database using 2X Application software.
• Responsible for full set of accounts which include generating financial reports for statutory submission, bank reconciliation Statements.
• Preparing fixed assets register, inventory control and invoicing, general ledger, payable and receivable accounts using Excel & 2X Application software.
• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and office administrative work.
• Maintaining rapport and trust with clients.
