The role involved a wide range of Marketing and Public relation skills, Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:
Comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications.
Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
Act as the Organization’s representative with the media.
Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities .
Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications and public relations.
Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity Monitor trends.
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
Promoting and develop Branches within UAE, acting as a central contact with various segments internally and externally
Provide effective strategic and Sales support for developing business within Bank target sector to all Branches within the UAE
Train and improve 20 Branches ( within UAE ) with the product knowledge, Market Strategy and smart sale technique
Plan, coach and evaluate employees, translate targets into "smart" objectives

Working as Collection agent for Collection Dept.(CBQ), to deliver Collection job and tasks for Collection and Risk Management. The role involved a wide range of activities relevant CBQ Objectives and Targets:
Ensure that the laid-down collections processes are strictly adhered to.
Make filed visits, calls, and repeated follow ups to arrange for early regularization of accounts attends to customers enquiries relating to defaults.
Early identification of problematic accounts and follow up for regularization.
Achieve monthly sales and collection target as per KPI
• Operating Basic liabilities business accounts, account opening, liaising servicing customers inquiring and transacting with the branch.
