Reporting to Head of eCommerce

• Responsible for the Management reporting - Working closely with Fulfilment Managers responsible for 6 Markets (UAE, KSA, KW, BAH, EGY and BAH).
• Prepare Cancellation report on weekly basis by coordinating with each warehouse managers and Fulfilment Managers for weekly performance review with Leadership team.
• Uploading fulfilment report on system for sending message to mobile and Emails to customers on order level.
• Responsible for developing new reports based on requirement by leadership team.
• Prepare monthly report on city level performance for Egypt market to know about order trend.
• Preparing report to understand the quality check on order level by country by working with quality check team responsible for each market.
• Preparing monthly reconciliation report for 3PL providers helps Finance team to release the payments.
• Working with 3PL providers on order deliveries whether these are done under SLA. This give more clarity about orders if there is any delay on deliveries for each market.
• Preparing weekly order % which is provide to each 3PL team to understand delivery %

Job Description: Merchandiser - Planning & Supply Chain


Reporting to Brand Manager

• Responsible for the Business planning and phasing - Working closely with Brand Manager
• Reforecast sales and margin
• Complete hindsight analysis to highlight opportunities for future buying plans and strategies.
• Weekly review of the weekly sales and stock intake report
• Update the P&L reports
• Prepare the weekly pack for the trade meeting
• Identifying the aging stock and prepare report for the brand team for action
• Preparing the clearance report on the event time such as MSS, EOSS and if any promotion events.
• System updates - Stock, sales and pricing
• Prepare opening package for the new store openings



Finance:

• Preparing the Statement of Account for the shipments on monthly basis for the finance team to proceed with payments

• Posting ASN and coordinate with Warehouse team for GRN.
• Following up with UK host brand for getting shipment on time.
• Tracking INBOUND and OUTBOUND with Warehouse team.

• Coordinating with Central IT team for the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Store report to get publish in their Store login.
• Get the price change file from Brand team and update in system for various offers and promotions.
• Helping the store team for the stocktake process.
• Preparing the Weekly reports for the trade meeting on Sundays.
• Tracing the cross dock shipment via. Dubai to other markets such as Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia with Freight forwarder
• Getting the various trackers from the forwarder such as Aramax, DEAL and DHL.
• New stores was open on second Quarter of 2015 in Saudi Arabia, helped in smooth opening of these store. Coordinate with KSA DC to deliver stock on time to these stores
• New Store open on OCT-2016 in Mall of Qatar - Qatar, helped in smooth opening of the store. Coordinate with Host brand and get the stock on time for Store. Chase with IT team to get the stock into store system.

Finance:
