Project Management:
•Steering the successful rollout of project operations with accountability of defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per pre-set budgets
•Prepare & deliver MEP estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, pre-tender estimates, and post-contract QS administration
•Blueprint internal program management strategies and leverage project commercial performance - revenues and costs
•Ensure monthly periodic invoices for the work done in terms of both client billing and subcontract invoicing
•Overview design of complete construction and MEP systems relevant to civil engineering work, architectural designs, landscape and infrastructure work
•Review project baselines with forecasting the 5 weeks look ahead schedules using P6 and MS Project
•Manage MEP cost and analyze cost plans & bills of quantities prior to issue/allocate any subcontract
•Ensure that the MEP scope of works are executed as per the contractor’s approved project quality management system and contract requirements

Contract Administration:
•Handle the floating of tenders, fair price / market analysis, negotiation and selection of contractors / vendors; prepare tender documents & bill of quantity and evaluate contracts & bids (technical & commercial).
•Complete pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, studying contractual conditions, conducting project cost analysis, managing contractual correspondence.
•Manage the project start-up contracts / documents / agreements, due diligence, formulation and negotiations as per internal and external legal / commercial terms
•Execute contracts / commercial administration during execution stage to achieve targeted financial objectives by settling contractual claims, verifying sub-contractor claims and preparing payment certificates
•Awarded multiple subcontracts while working with Strukton for Riyadh Metro Rail Projects Works.
•Closely dealt with variation/claim orders (EOT and EOC’s ) for the total accumulated delay encountered in the Riyadh Metro Project with directly client ( RCRC - ADA/Royal Commission)
