Process Automation and Batch Process Plant Handling knowledge.
All type of Transmitters (TX) like Yokogawa, Rosemount, and ABB, E+H, Sarton.
Handled installation operation & maintenance Smart Pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, DP transmitters, DP type flow transmitter, Radar level, purging level TX, DP type level, Level transmitters, of Rosemount, Yokogawa).
I/P And P/I calibration.

Maintenance & operation of pneumatic control valves and SOV from different Indian & international make like Metso, Neles Naf, and YTC, and Instrumentation limited.
Motorized operated valve and servo actuator motor valve maintenance work. (Rotork, auma, Leeds Northrup)
Weigh bridge calibration and troubleshooting, AMC work etc. (ESSAE)
UPS AMC work. (EATON)
O2 and so2 gas analyzer calibration knowledge. (Honeywell, synergy)
Maintenance & operation of Pneumatic Knife Gate Valves Makes like, Orb inox, air max, CMO & z typ.
DCS Basic knowledge (ABB 800XA, Emerson delta v)
VFD (YASHKAWA 1000)
Motor, Dol starter, Change over, SFU knowledge etc.
Density Transmitter calibration. (LB 444 Berthold)
Online calibration using HART (375, 475 FILED COMMUNICATION)
