• Estimating project costs, performing take-off and developing project proposals.
• Procurement of Suppliers and Track Product Deliverables.
• Monitoring and controlling costs, creating budgets per project, forecast for upcoming demands.
• Research reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
• Supervising and guiding other staff throughout the construction process
• Arranging for work-force as per the requirement of the project and dispatched them to the workmate
• Ensuring all the construction process were completed as per safety and quality guidelines
Supervised all construction activities of Thermal Power project construction and residential and non-Residential buildings, mining building works.
