Performing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation for 8 bank accounts, with total reconciliation of in
excess of 125 transactions a day. Formulated meaningful, accurate and timely monthly management reports
Supervised transactions to ensure proper accounting with established standards & Monitored and managed
book‐keeping principles, debt management, and computerized accounting software packages
Liaising with the concerned department supervisor for any discrepancies in the department report and bank
statement.
Handling statutory audit, attending to auditor queries and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
Maintain excellent relationship with the bank accounts manager, in order to get quick responses from bank
Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual
costs.
Maintain & Review transactions and monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items
(Payments, Receivables, payables, etc.) for all subsidiaries and ensure it is up to date
