 Responsible for resolving customers queries sent in via fax/forms filled online & forward it to the respective department.

Worked for RERA (Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority),

 Registration of Developers, Brokers, Projects, Tenancy contracts Under RERA and Making of an escrow account which will secure the investor money under Govt.’s Laws.
 Managing issues and Complains related to Rental increase in the Dubai’s Properties and issues between landlords and tenant regards to contract, rent increase and Laws given by Dubai Government to their Developers, Brokers, Investor, landlords and Tenants.
 Receiving all type of calls from International to National calls from all over the world, the investor invested in Dubai’s properties with their regards to their project’s progress.
