From last one year serving Confiz as a senior resource. Being a senior resource also serving as a Engineering Mentor. Being a Mentor in Confiz these are my responsibilities

Conduct/Arrange code reviews of mentees projects and across teams.
Ensuring the use of best practices in projects and code quality.
Training of junior resources.
Conducting interviews.


Accomplishments

Managing Server side of Real time Audio/Video Messaging Application.
Multiple successfully sprints has been deployed to production.
Optimize and scale the system so it can serve up to 40 TPS.
Expert in deployment on Heroku platform and managing applications.
Search (Thinking Sphinx) added on dedicated Flying Sphinx instance to enable search feature on 18 Millions records.
Integrated third party Video transcoding Zencoder
Urban AirShip integration and helping teams in testing.
Pusher integration in planning to enable notification on web site.
Devised beta infrastructure (Having common DB with production but two application layers) for selected user to enforce quality/stable release.
Explore heroku add-ons development API.
Worked on Demo application for Android platform.

New Relic, Redis, Scheduler, Flying SPhinx, Logly and many more addons for holding the server needs up.
