For TAX return customer needs year end certificate to show the paid TAX on his bill. Developed the process which calculate 30 million subscribers charging details and calculate TAX accordingly. Generate the certificate report.

Regularity needs subscriber information on monthly bases, so that they can monitor the operator subscription as per license provided. Report provided to them should be as per license. Incorporate all the checks in process which generate the report.
o Retention and loyalty of subscriber.
Developed the process which marked the life cycle of subscribers according to activities 30 days 60 days and 90 days and Churn. This process runs on daily bases and monitors the dormancy of subscribers.
This process gave value to customer value management, customer retention and Loyalty and customer behavior management.
o Active subscriber.
Marked customer as per commercial activity. Some Activities gave revenue and some are free we have to prioritize the activates according to usage. These processes have a major value addition on daily stats.
