JOB PROFILE
➢ Conducting Internal Audit & supervising all External Audits like ISO, HACCP, Supplier audit, etc.
➢ Effectively management of the production operation within the lowest cost possible, highest quality standard and within the safest environment.
➢ Overseeing the production process
➢ Planning and organizing production schedules
➢ Assessing project and resources requirements
➢ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
➢ Assisting to production manager in selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
➢ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
➢ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
➢ Working out the human and material resources needed;
➢ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
➢ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
➢ Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
➢ Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
➢ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
➢ Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
➢ Reviewing worker performance;
➢ Root cause analysis of any type of deviation in quality parameter.
➢ On line Process supervision - Cross checking of process parameter, continuous monitoring of shop floors and taking immediate Corrective action at any deviation.
➢ Monitoring and controlling of technical efficiencies like raw & packing materials over consumption & machine efficiencies as per given targets.
➢ HACCP Verification and Validation, Monitoring of CCP's, Maintain HACCP clearance form for any change.
➢ Integrated pest management -Demarcation of defense lines, determination and use of pest control instrument (glue traps, RBS, Spray guns etc.) categorization and use of pesticides
➢ Responsible for consistent quality of the product together with production.
➢ Plan production & verify quality results as per NFC specifications.
➢ Monitored ISO & HACCP systems, plant & personnel hygiene and food safety practices.
➢ Identified the areas for development to increase the production efficiency and product quality.
➢ Manage manpower & coordinate with plant maintenance related activities.
