Well, I have worked in different roles with this employer. Customer service representative to start with and moving on to Team coordinator, Support desk member, Project coordinator. With consistent performance I earned myself 3 call of Fame awards, 2 on-spot recognition awards and several other appreciations from my management. What I consider the highest achievement was taking part in segmentation project which made revolutionary changes in customer service experience of my company. The team of 15 highly skilled individuals, I supervised, was star performer with consistent results. My major skills were fast learning, problem solving and Chronic Issue Handling.
I help the school to regain its place. Due to bad management the school was lacking student care, student counseling and Parent interactions. After struggling for over 5 months, these major shortcomings were covered effectively.
