The Company with a Turnover of 200M plus is a leading player in Tabletop Market - Distribution, Marketing, and Retailing; add value decoration to the Glass Tableware, Dinnerware, Cookware & Giftware, Distributors for Soga Japan, Luminarc France, etc with its H.O. in Dubai, Factory in Jebel Ali & Retail Distribution "Silica" store in Dubai & "Lindo" store in Tehran & also global distribution Network in Middle East, Africa & Asia.
Responsibilities:-
Working for the Purchase Department on the Purchase Module & Management Reports in Oracle R12
Approving the Requisitions made by the Retail Shops
Preparing the Purchase Orders, getting it approved by the
Purchase in-charge and forwarding it to the Supplier.
Creating and updating the Inventory Master file in Excel and corresponding with the suppliers on the same.
Preparing the weekly and month end MIS Report for the CEO like Weekly Inventory, Debtors Aging, and Sales Analysis & Turn over Report.
Preparing the Personal Accounts of the CEO and 2 family members in Tally Ver 9.0, also preparing his Credit Card Statement for 4 Banks along with his family members and arranging to pay it on due date.
Corresponding with Emirates Airlines as a Travel Coordinator for the Ticket follow up of the CEO, Chairman & family members.
Currently Pursuing a Professional Course in Certified Management Accountant CMA Part 1 from Institute of Management Accountants IMA - USA covering Financial Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing & Internal Controls. Done an Online course on IFRS Attended a Seminar on VAT [Value Added Tax]
