I am working as a Sales & marketing Coordinator, My responsibility as follows:-
• Receive RFQ, PO and submit quote and upload invoice through portal.
• Finding and Registering for New Vendor process and approval.
• Bid for Contract ( Aramco, SEC, Maaden, Yasref, Sadara, Mukamalah)
• Coordinating with finance and accounts department for customer accounts.
• Investigating and solving customer issues by coordinating various department activities.
• Knowledge about ARAMCO Standard .
• Support our sales team to secure profitable projects with good terms & conditions
• Good negotiation with customer to maintain relationship.
• Prepare sales budget.
• Good relationship with customer for calibration needs.
• Follow-up for payments.
• Upload Invoices and maintain Portal documents.
• Process, follow up PRs, and ensure Supplier Invoices are processed
• Prepare Work Orders.
• Knowledge of SAAC.
• Create ASN in portal to deliver the material.
• Purchase process
