 Planning and managing supply chain, shipping and all inbound & outbound logistics.

 Performing sales contract and maintaining appropriate records and reports.

 Assist customers in import/export clearance by providing customs declarations for shipment transactions, Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.

 Arrange and coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for carrier booking, container release, load list, acceptance, free time and delivery order.

 Arrange and negotiate sea, air and land freight rates with carriers/freight forwarders.

 Check and negotiate letter of credit, bank guarantee with relevant banks/trade finance.

 Obtain certification from chamber of commerce for international shipments when required.

 Monitoring of detention, demurrage, port charges and delivery order renewal.

 Arranging duty exemption from ministry of economy, export declaration, bill of entry, E-token, gate pass, haulier nomination, customs inspection, exit entry and DP payments

 Develop good customer relationship to improve business performance and profitability

 Communicate with procurement, sales and other functional areas to resolve customer problems in a timely manner and placing orders, managing staff training issues.

 Familiar with Dubai Trade (Mirsal II, ), Incoterms, Microsoft Dynamics AX, E-Service Portal, INTTRA and other related software

 Prepare goods in transit and stock reports to logistics manager/management.

 Prepared shipping documentations required for inbound & outbound international and local shipments (bill of lading, shipping labels, airway bill, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, insurance, PSIC, CCIC, NRC, freight certificate, seaworthy certificate, annexure and other related certificates)

 Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, insurance companies, inspection companies and banks (for bill of lading, insurance policy, inspection report/certificate and letter of credit)

 Arranged freight quotation, switch bill of lading, house bill of lading, and telex release from carriers /freight forwarders.

 Processing GRV, FIR, pick and pack, outbound dispatch and uploading container loading photos and weight tickets in Microsoft dynamics AX system.

 Communicate with procurement team and yard foreman for FIR, MRN, weight tickets, port weight tickets and loading photos for export shipments

 Keep logs and records of shipment schedule, executed orders and goods in transit
