•Worked very closely with the leadership team at Al Zahia project level to design the new organization structure, developed job descriptions, launched a new commission scheme and transformed an aligning business to establish it as a destination of choice within Sharjah - Sold out 6 project launch phases and handed over 3 phases and achieved over 1.2 B (AED) GSV
•Developed Technical competencies and KPI literary for all Communities roles

A Master Developer, floated as joint venture company with major investments from Majid Al Futtaim, Abraaj Capital, EIG group and individual investors

Appointed to establish the HR department within a growing Real-estate business venture. The venture grew up to become a diversified group of companies with interest in Real estate development, design, project management, sales, brokerage and hospitality
•Headed the HR and Administration function across the group

Appointed to set up & manage the HR department as a Greenfield assignment including defining, implementing & standardizing policies/ procedure in compliance to parent company, local legislation and code of practice
