JRD Group is a software solutions house operating PropSpace Real Estate CRM, RealSpace SaaS and JustProperty.com property portal.
• Mentor a team of 3 designers to create successful user experiences for the company’s products.
• Actively participate in the software development cycle including research, user journeys, mental model concepts, wireframing and prototyping, low and high fidelity visual designs, design documentation, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with agile, lean and design sprint cycles, including estimating, planning and allocating design resources.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including product owners, product managers, software engineers, designers, and content creators.
• Apply design-thinking to discover solutions to complex workflows, and iterate based on user-testing and A/B testing results.
• Design user solutions such as Optimised Searches, Shortlists and Alerts for JustProperty; and Property Management, Listings & Portal Marketing, Drip Plans, Email Marketing Builder, Automation and Lead Management for the CRM software.
• Design and launch PropSpace app for iOS and Android devices.
