Joined as supervisor and reached the position of Divisional Manager within 9 years span. At present responsible for the international business development. Developed accessory sales standard and later these standards have been approved by Nissan and implemented as Nissan Accessory Sales Standards. Actively involved in developing Nissan Genuine Accessory Business in Oman and developed training module for accessory sales. Responsible for ERP - SAP and CRM SD module developments and implementation for process. Preparing BP for the new requirements and consultant for the department. Directly reporting to Vice President Parts and interacting with Principles. Still working with this organization.
Joined this company as management trainee and rose up to Branch manager. The main responsibility was to enhance the automobile spare parts sales in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Responsible for operate the branch as profit center and reporting to General Manager and Chairman.
Got double promotion for the project report submitted to the top management for developing the business without much investments. The company entrusted to open satellite branch as a result of the project report. Successfully open two in Bangalore and reached break even within two months. Then satellite branches opened through out Kerala and some part of Tamil Nadu.
I had been assigned to develop market for Perma Pre inked stamps in South Kerala. I established good market relationship with major public companies like FACT, HMT, IOC, HCL, HPCL, CRL, etc. Also penetrate the market for this product in the private companies like V guard industries, Anna Aluminum, Malabar Hotels, Casino Hotels etc. The proprietor of this organizations is Mr. Joseph Thottumkal, father of the famous actress Ms.Asin.
Master Degree in sociology with specialization of Industrial Sociology and Statistics. Successfully completed project work and submitted to Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam as part of my post graduation. Attended seminars conducted by Kerala Sociological Society.
