Supervise the recruitment & on boarding formalities of new recruits prior to joining the Company; assist the Department Head in updating the Recruitment Policy & Procedures, report analysis & generation of data extracted from the system, validation of manpower requests received from the respective division/department
Responsible for the data cleansing, process improvement and change management of Gulf HR (HR Management System).
Work closely with the Gulf HR working group (including the IT Applications Manager) to identify and ensure the recommendations for process improvement are captured and will be imported into Gulf HR.
Develop a process plan for Partners and Executives Key Performance Indicators. This include analytical process of gathering source of data, how to measure and count the KPIs and report generation.
Provide effective reporting and analysis of HR data, including headcount report (monthly and global), HR metrics, etc.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
