1. Ensure implementation and execution of the Lock Out Tag-Out (LOTO) program, including training, development and revision of procedures, and periodic auditing of program compliance.

5. Stop works where conditions exist which is Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) or damaging to the environment. Inform partner & SM, edit report, propose corrective actions, track actions until closure and check the application of disciplinary action system.

12.Maintain Awareness of PTW controlled task being carried out and the respective locations and ensure that any conflict in operations are highlighted.
