Roles & responsibilities for Admin/HR

• Arranging travel and accommodation (Travel Booking Like Hotel, Cab etc)
• Preparing Travel tracker.
• Arrangement of food and snacks for auditor/guest.
• Submit approval mails, invoice & tracker to for payment.
• General office management such as ordering stationary, pantry items, etc.
• General office management utility bills like electricity, telephone, internet, etc
• Offsite Event Planning.
• Market visit for finding new vendor for new requirement from different department, to check capability of the vendor to execute the order, to check the existing setup of the vendor etc.
• Coordination with different teams for back office related work
• Handling Admin Related petty cash expenses.
• Monitoring over checklist related to cleaning in washroom and office area.
• Coordination with Account Department for vendor payment,
• Coordination & handling the office boy for getting the back office work done.
• Internal communication on email, WhatsApp, hangout etc. for arrangement of admin services
• Checking & Submission of vendor invoices.
• Admin asset tagging, tracking etc
• Verifying attendance of security guards and office boys.
• Maintain Monthly Expense summary for consumable.
• Checking and submitting the Provision to finance team.
• Working with team for Pest Control, Sanitization, Electrical, Plumbing & AC work as and when required.
• Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
• Working on HR related requisition such ID cards, Diwali gifts, decoration on all festivals, printing of certificates, leaflet, sometime arranging courier services, etc
• Admin Vendor Registration.
• Working on Builder Notices for new society rules or implementing the new guidelines.
• Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR.
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
