Responsible to supervise the team of housekeeping team towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the airport meet the requirements specified.
• Effectively manage a team of cleaners to enable them and provide an effective service maintaining a high level of customer service & satisfaction.
• Provide training to the cleaners as per the Cleaning Standard.
• Report site incident to the zone manager.
• Prepare duty roasters and maintain daily attendance.
• Organize the cleaners required for each job, ensuring the right skill levels are represented.
• Arrange for all the cleaning materials required for each job to be available on site.
• Ensure appropriate chemical safety and occupational health & safety standards and practice are maintained.
• Check whether all machinery used is in good working order & organize regular maintenance to take place.
• Leading, training and supervising the housekeeping staff
• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensures adherence to these standards and procedures
• Taking daily attendance of staff and monitoring
• Investigating complaints from the Clients and taking necessary action
• Scheduling and assigning specific duties or roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and or misuse
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
• Reports to Housekeeping Manager
• Responsible for the overall Cleaning Maintenance of venues in the Ministry of Culture and Sports
• Monitoring contractor works related to cleaning
• Preparing daily operations reports
• Conducting and participating in coordination meeting with the contractors
• Escalate issues regarding housekeeping related
• Reports to Site Supervisor with any MEP issues for actions
• Able to communicate with end users if there are any issues regarding with contractor activities
• Evaluate contractor jobs performance
• Assure and monitor that the contractor follows the highest cleaning standard and safety procedures
• Ensure that contractor have proper preparation and staffing for the upcoming events
• Monitoring of monthly delivery of consumables, chemicals and cleaning equipment in good condition
• Perform other task as per the request or intruction of Housekeeping Manager
• Contributing to the facility's high standards for guest services, overall responsibilities consist of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms.
• This includes cleaning all areas by sanitizing, dusting and vacuuming.
• Replenishing guest room supplies such as restroom, food and beverages offered by the facility is required.
• Extended-stay facilities may require more detailed cleaning of guest rooms.
• When a guest leaves an extended-stay facility, rooms may require carpet shampooing and more aggressive dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing.
• Most guests for all overnight accommodation facilities are asked to complete a survey regarding their overall satisfaction of accommodations during their stay, which includes room attendants' quality of service.
• Responsible for all housekeeping personnel in a manner, prescribed by the housekeeping manager in order to maintain high efficiency level of housekeeping services.
• To see the housekeeping personnel performing their duties and follow the policy and procedures.
• Assigning of the staff, training of new and old staff and see to it that the required supplies and cleaning materials needed are met.
• Assume the responsibility of senior supervisor upon the absence of senior supervisor.
• to inspect all check outs and see that they properly executed
• Make a routine inspection see if there are any deficiencies on the physical form and record the required action to be taken.
• to check all janitors closets, equipment, cleaning tools and materials are kept clean and orderly manner
• To clean the areas patients rooms and bathrooms to the required standard.
• To work with infection control guidelines when involve with isolation/ICU’s areas.
• Check and report any equipment faults.
• Replenish linens and toiletries and others as directed.
• Maintain stocks of clean linens.
• Reports any complain from patients, visitors and staff to Supervisor.
• Follow and complete worksheets/checklist.
• Wear correct uniform and ensure a smart appearance at all times.
• To work safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• To be courteous and polite to patients, visitors, staff and colleagues at all times.
• To maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
• Reports unusual incidents, missing items/equipment, monitoring lost and found items to be reported to the superior.
• To check and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all cleaning materials, machines and equipment’s at all times.
• Perform other task as Supervisor instruction/directed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness in the offices, hallways/lobby and other services assigned.
• Preparing reports concerning the activities to the assigned areas such as unusual incidents, missing items, and responsible for monitoring the facilities.
• Preparing tea, juices, coffee for the highness ranks staff.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times.
• Performing administrative works such as photocopying, filing of documents and performing messenger works distribution of documents to and from individual offices staffs, and to the management staffs.
