• Supervise & ensure staff deployment during the shift and the general appearance up to company standard.

• Responsible for implementing BIZBOX Hospital System in an organization which includes deploying, setup, train the new users, setup the business rules, support the users, coordination with the development team and collect new user’s requirements.
• Troubleshooting of BIZBOX Hospital System from office to different client thru teamviewer.
System planning, deployment Hospital System, Implementation, maintenance and regular administration of Windows Server 2008, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, managing client environment, organizing file system, LAN / WAN, setting up and administration.
• Installation and configuration of new forest for domain name system. Test and optimize the functionality of systems, networks and data.
• Diagnosed server hardware and BIZBOX system on different clients. Maintain and upgrade computer equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and network problem. Installation and Configuration of new server before we deliver to clients.
• Ensure that all software`s installed on company desktop/laptop PC`s are licensed.
• Install and test new software/hardware and make software/hardware available to appropriate users; minimize systems down time and maintain updated backup to enhance the availability and reliability of operations
