* Responsible for the preparation of a cost effective and technically competent proposal & quotation that meets customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
* Prepared various documents as required for contracts/tender process
* Coordinated with bidders/suppliers for various inquiries pertaining to contracts/tender
* Maintained records of all bidding process and contracts /tender awarded, including client database, and updated the same in central system

* Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
* Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
* Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
* Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
* Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work
* Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress.
* Cost Estimation and preparation of technical and commercial proposal against tenders received from various clients.
* Preparing the documents for Prequalification,
* Preparation of specifications, Drawings etc for invitation of sub contractors offers
* Analyzing specifications, including sketches, BOM or sample layouts, and calculate total costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data
* Evaluation of techno commercial offer of sub contractors
* Scrutinize the tender documents in all respects and bring out discrepancies, deficiencies etc
* Negotiation with Vendors / Contractors
* Interact with clients for techno - commercial aspects.
* Analyze and evaluate the scope of work. And Prepare extra claims for additional scope of work
* Evaluation of contractors extra claims, and prepare the justification
* Monitor and control cost of project during various stages of execution
