• Inspection Request (IR) & Material Inspection Request (MIR) in coordination with QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil).
• Submit and follow up of Inspection Request (IR) and distributes the status to the concern personnel
• Administer and organize documents for construction projects and other development plans to ensure its traceability and availability at all times.
• Implementation of document control process to ensure the documentation deliverables and distribution of requirements of the projects are met and properly documented.
• Responsible in arranging and filing all project documents in site.
• Prepare and send site correspondence like memos, letters, transmittals and other correspondence for the contractors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Responsible in checking site employee’s attendance and leaves
• Identify and develop new Clients with high quality sales calls, source candidates using web based tools, networking & databases.
• Drafting proposals, negotiations, account closures, expectation setting and agreements.
• Planning Manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different functional operational areas.
• Implementing Manpower policy procedures in order to select right candidates, client interaction for the feedback, handling end to end recruitment.
• Liaisons between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practice
• Routine supervision of the project site.
• Co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines on all aspects during the development of the works to ensure confirmative of the design requirements.
• Designing HVAC Systems (Heat load calculations, Pipe &Duct Sizing, Equipment selections, External Static Pressure calculations for Fans and Air Handling Units and Pump head calculations)
• Estimation and tendering, including preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Design & Preparation of shop drawings.
• Preparation of material submittals and operation & maintenance manual.
• Quantity take off including HVAC equipment and accessories, co ordinate with head office to release purchase orders & follow up with suppliers to ensure on time completion.
• Preparation of Installation and Maintenance schedule.
