• Handling Client ZADCO in prioritizing the interview candidates
• Assist the HR team in preparing the oil recruitment candidates for exam and interview
• Keep a check and ensure each candidate documents and training certificates are up to date
• Coordinate with HR team in handling multiple task and working under pressure
• Worked as an authorized sales promoter for HP Laptops and Printers at various retail outlets, promotional events and exhibition centers.
• Deal with customers and bulk buying clients in finalizing the deal by appropriate negotiation and persuasive skills
• Keep track of daily of sales and stocks in-store by updating the automated system in the retail outlet store
• Keep the suppliers updated on the warehouse stocks in store and the stocks in demand.
• Record all item received and check the same as per LPO/PO.
• Preparing relevant documents for delivery.
• Received the honor of Highest Sales Promoter of HP Laptops for three consecutive years at Gitex Exhibition 2012, 2013 and 2014.
The internship was assigned in six different departments at the facility of Emirates Airline Engineering Center for a period of 6 weeks. The job responsibilities carried out at these departments varied from a variety of tasks that related to operational management duties to physical maintenance activities. Detailed descriptions of duties performed at these departments are listed as follows:
• Review changes in aircraft documents such as, CMM, AFM, FCOM, IPC, AMM, MEL, SB, FM etc. Update these documents on the main system.
• Accurate preparation and dispatch of maintenance task cards for A - check, C - Check and Modifications
• Produce updated documents of Flight dispatch manuals, Ground Operation manuals that need to be sent to Emirates outstation departments. Maintain CD-ROM/DVD library with updated operational documents.
• Tracking engine overhaul schedules and dynamically altering overhaul schedules to minimize delays.
• Record component numbers for all the new, replaced and borrowed components used on each engine.
• Support technical staff in the rigging and de-rigging of the engine that is to be tested.
• Record analytical data produced by the tested engine in the engine test cell.
• Support technicians and mechanics on working on engines of the emirates fleet, engines worked on - GE90 - 115B, Rolls-Royce Trent 700 and Engine Alliance GP7200.
• Check and ensure that all the aircrafts of respective fleet are updated with the latest legal documents.
• Learn and understand the working of audits for aircrafts on line maintenance, workshops and service bulletins (modifications done on the fleet).
• Update the database system with immediate hanger space for aircraft maintenance by reviewing the availability of maintenance schedules and thereby altering the maintenance schedule of other aircrafts.
• Check all shipment receipts.
• Distribution of shipments to consignee based on priority.
• Contact clients and report their Delivery.
• Send the shipment information for delivery through online database.
