Communicates identified issues with the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
a. Reviews and consolidates audit findings from all team members after
branch visit.
b. Complies and reviews audit working papers and ensure completeness and
accuracy.
c. Discusses consolidated audit report with the Internal Audit Manager.
* Branches
a. Prepares travel cash advance and audit travel memo for branch visits
(semi-monthly)
b. Prepares and assigns audit programs (Financial Statements, Bank
Reconciliation Statements, Petty Cash, Collections on Hand, Fixed Assets
and Supplies Inventory) to team members (semi-monthly)
c. Discusses audit procedures with team members before branch visit (semi-
monthly)
d. Obtains from Head Office Accounting various accounting subsidiary
ledgers and reporting schedules for use during branch visit (semi-
monthly).
e. Prepares liquidation of cash advance on travel and review of team
members’ liquidation (semi-monthly)

g. Encodes Branch’s Operating and Financial budgets and Monthly
Operations Reports for Financial Analysis (semi-monthly)
* Occasional Duties
a. Updates Audit programs to conform to company’s updated internal
controls and policies.
b. Special Audit (as necessary)
c. Delivers and discusses final audit report to Audit Committee Chairman, in
the absence of Internal Audit Manager.
d. Assigned such tasks as the Audit Committee and Audit Dept. Head deems
necessary.
