• Main responsibility is to directs, coordinates and exercise functional authority for planning, control, integrity and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility
• Coordinate with the Subcontractors on the progress on their assigned scope of works
• Prepare layout and format for monitoring and controlling progress of work
• Prepare Weekly Accomplishment Reports & Presentation to consultants & owner
• Prepare Monthly Reports and Presentation to consultants & owner
• Update execution Program via software (Primavera P6)
• Make Extension of Time analysis (via Updated Program) base on issues raised
• Make mitigation program of works to be distributed accordingly to contractors
• Monitor Quantities as per BOQ (concrete, rebar, etc.)
• Analyze the progress on what activities are delayed on delivery and plan for catch-up plan
• Analyze KPI per Structure/Discipline and Zone to mitigate such activities
• Prepare weekly and Monthly look ahead schedule
• Monitoring Long Lead items for (Just In Time) Methodology
• Prepare Dashboard, Monthly monitoring of (Quantities/Manpower)

Performs construction that are written on plans as well as quantity takeoff of civil/structural materials needed for the activity/project since all materials needed in the project are to be supplied not directly 100% but 60 - 70% so utilizing the use of materials and taking care of the supplies as well as meeting the quality on time.
