Responsibilities and achievements:
 Strategic planning including setting goals and objectives for growth
 Financial management including budgeting, cash flow management and cost control
 Project management from planning to execution and completion
 Business development to identify new business opportunities
 Risk management including safety risks, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and financial risks

Upgrading of Tripoli infrastructure Utilities in Tripoli city, North Lebanon (waste & storm water L=17 km).
 Coordinate with local authorities (NLWE, Tripoli Municipality, CDR) to agree on time and traffic plans, road closures, and follow up during the implementation phase
 Prepare all technical submittals for consultant approval; including material transmittal sheets, material inspection requests, field inspection requests and all formal documents
 Supervise the implementation of the project
 Plan the project schedule using Microsoft Project
 Prepare daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports
 Submit all payments to the consultant for approval and endorsement of subcontractor invoices
 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with material specs
 Attend regular meeting with site staff to ensure work is implemented according to contract specifications
 Attend regular meetings with consultants to resolve project-related issues

-responsible for civil defence center project and reporting to my PM. -work in all concrete works (footings, backfilling, neck columns, slabs, infrastructure...). -supervise and manage the site works - weekly report to the management. -attend weekly meeting with the consultant ( Khatib & Alami ).

-coordination between mechanical and electrical to prevent any mistakes.

o Work in many items: GB partitions, block partitions, self leveling compound, waterproofing, tiling inside and outside the building, false ceiling, wood and aluminium clading.
o Coordinate with the mechanical and electrical engineers to finish the work properly.
o Supervising and leading the subcontractors.
o Attend a regular meetings with the client representative, engineering and keeping them informed of progress.
o Plan and schedule the work to force the subcontractors to finish in the expected date.
o Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorised by the client representative after their inspection.
o Work on the exception item list ( EIL ) to close all remaining works.
